Maincourse aims to break away from Zen’s original,
traditionally oriented ambience by making the structural design curved
and wrapped in salmon stripes pattern—thus giving the customers
the feeling of dining under a salmon belly.

The use of bold orange and modern form created a livelier,
more approachable look, making it more accessible to
a wider range of customers than the original chain.
